Ab Crunch and Abs & Stretch

Kitsilano Workout offers two 30 minute classes that are designed to give members an opportunity to split up their time in the gym between their own fitness routine, and a class component. Members may structure their workout by beginning or ending their training session with an intensive 30 minute workout in a class setting that focuses on abdominal work and stretching.

Both of these classes offer a wide variety of abdominal exercises that will challenge even the seasoned athlete. For those members looking to complete their stretching part of their training program in a class setting, Abs & Stretch is ideal.
