What sets our Fit Camp apart from all the others is the unique structure and discipline that is the cornerstone of our outdoor training.
No two workouts are alike and it's done outside in the fresh air in the summer and in the main gym in spring. You won't get sick of the routine because there is no routine.
If you are looking to loose weight, tone up, improve your aerobic fitness, strength, stamina, endurance, energy levels, plus look and feel better than ever before then you have come to the right place!
The Boot Camp runs for 6 weeks 1 session per week $100 2 sessions $200 3 sessions $300

Bootcamps start on Tuesday 3rd August 6am or 630 depending on preference, Thursdays at 6am Saturday 10am
ANYONE CAN TRAIN ON THE DAYS THEY FEEL LIKE IT.IT'S THE PEOPLE THAT TRAIN ON THE DAYS THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE IT THAT SUCCEED!
The Kits Fit Boot Camp is a well designed fitness program for groups of no more than 15 people.
Men and women of all ages, sizes and shapes are welcome. The fit camp sessions are sructured to suit everyone's capabilities and fitness levels, everyone is given full encouragement to do their best so that they can achieve their full potential. All sessions are designed in a way so that you not only enjoy yourself but challenge yourself in a way you never thought possible.
