Butts and Guts

Kitsilano Workout offers Butts and Guts, a challenging class for members who want to work on two of the most famous problem areas identified by members: their glutes (behind!), and their abdominals!

A full hour class dedicated to these two areas, the instructor uses a variety of ball exercises, hand weights and a plethora of sit ups to achieve awesome results.

This is also one of the original classes offered by Kitsilano Workout and has been a staple favorite for many years.

Benefits of Butt and Guts:
1. Targets areas of importance for participants
2. Strengthens abdominals and back muscles, increasing core strength and reducing possibility of injury.
3. Offers participants a variety of ball exercise that they can incorporate into their own fitness routine.

What to bring:
Wear fitness attire and running shoes. Bring a towel and water bottle.
