Circuit Training Boxing Circuit Training Boxing is one of Kitsilano Workout’s sport specific group fitness classes. Using the traditional technique of two minute circuits of intense exercise followed by a 30 second rest, created to mimic a round of boxing, the participant experiences a wide variety of exercises and fitness challenges! Each class starts with a warm up and finishes with stretching exercises and a cool down period. Circuit Training Boxing has received many accolades over the past ten years as one of the most effective and optimal ways to exercise and reach your fitness goals. |
