Circuit Training Boxing

Circuit Training Boxing is one of Kitsilano Workout’s sport specific group fitness classes. Using the traditional technique of two minute circuits of intense exercise followed by a 30 second rest, created to mimic a round of boxing, the participant experiences a wide variety of exercises and fitness challenges!

Exercises common to circuit
training boxing are:

Heavy bag
Focus Pads
Medicine ball drills
Sit ups
Push ups
Skipping
Lunges
Burpees
Jumping jacks


Each class starts with a warm up and finishes with stretching exercises and a cool down period. Circuit Training Boxing has received many accolades over the past ten years as one of the most effective and optimal ways to exercise and reach your fitness goals.

Dress in standard gym wear. You may want to invest in your own pair of hand wraps. Most fitness equipment stores carry hand wraps and bag gloves. We provide bag gloves and skipping ropes, but these are also items many people wish to purchase and own themselves.
