David Sims is a Personal Trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Level 1 Cross Fit.
He specializes in weight loss, improving fitness and flexibility, core training as well as high intensity training. He takes the time to understand your needs and tailor makes a program designed specifically for you to help push you towards your goals.
He has been involved in competitive sport for much of his life including swimming, volleyball and judo and for the past several years Cross fit. David feels a goal orientated program is more successful, but training should not take over your life. Acheiving your goals should be fun and challenging.
