The purpose of the fitness assessment is to give members a good understanding of their current fitness level as a comparison point to see fitness improvement over a period of time in a variety of categories.
The following areas are covered in a fitness assessment: Body fat percentage Weight Measurements of waist and hip diameter Flexibility Endurance Strength Overall feeling of well being!
The personal trainer will give you a copy of the fitness assessment, as well as keep as copy on file. Some members choose to repeat their fitness assessment every month; some opt for every two to three months. It is a great way to track your success and keep you focused on your fitness and health goals.
A fitness assessment takes approximately one hour. Wear loose fitting clothing. The fitness assessment takes place partially in our office area to provide you with privacy during body fat testing and body measurement taking, and continues upstairs in the main gym for the other measurements.
