Hi, my name is Gillian Andrew. I am a UBC graduate, whose passion for fitness is a lifestyle, not a job. I am commited to helping and inspiring Vancouverites who find getting fit, or staying fit, to be a tremendous chore.
I have five years experience working in the fitness industry, specializing in weight loss, core conditioning, balance and stability, bootcamp training and pre-natal /post-partum exercise design.
I strongly believe that a great Personal Trainer must practice what they preach, therefore I exercise regularily, am active in a variety of sports, and am a marathon enthusiast.
