Infra-Red saunas work differently than a traditional steam sauna. The maximum operating temperature is lower, making the experience much more comfortable to most. Infra-red waves penetrate more deeply than steam heat, increasing the rate at which you sweat. Benefits include improved circulation, detoxification, relaxation, weight loss, and radiant skin. Use it after your workout to prevent muscle fatigue, strain, and provide pain relief. Bring a towel and lots of water, and be prepared to sweat!
