Kits Grind
The name “Kits Grind” was coined by our long time instructor, Hadj Gill, who has been the creator of several different bootcamp style, boxing and plyometric classes for Kitsilano Workout. Inspired by the love of the Grouse Grind, and the challenge that the trek presents to even seasoned athletes, this class was developed as a smorgasbord of partner drills, plyometric exercises, medicine ball drills and calisthenics done in an interval training format. You can expect to work hard and burn calories but also enjoy a new dimension to exercising because of the variety that the session brings. Definitely not a class for the faint of heart!
