Kitsilano Workout provides our members with top Personal Trainers. Our goal is to spend the necessary time with each client to assess the client’s current level of fitness and design a program which will specifically meet the needs of the member. The goal of Personal Training is to reach your fitness goal efficiently, safely and continually strive to achieve more.
Kitsilano Workout emphasizes the importance of a well-rounded fitness program. It's important to incorporate core conditoining, balance training, functional movements, speed and agility, dynamic flexibility, strength and more to ensure a balance, fit body.
The free weight area, Hammerstrength equipment, Freemotion Fitness and Pully and Cable circuits are designed to specifically gear the members training towards core stability and functional movement training. The Personal trainers use a variety of techniques including working with bands, Bosu balls, Swiss balls and balance boards for optimal results. Personal Training at Kitsilano Workout is affordable. We have a variety of packages and payment plans available. It is also possible to participate in small-gourp and partner training.. Any one of the front counter staff can help you with your inquiries of Personal Training Packages.

We recommend that you also read the bio’s of each of our excellent Personal Trainers. We have four Personal Trainers on staff coming from a vast fitness background in areas such as Cross Fit, Olympic Lifting, sport conditioning, dance, and rehabilitation. Our Trainers have a variety of education ranging from a Degree in Human Kinetics, to CSCS with Distinction, to a Cardiac Rehab Nurse.
