Power Moves is the perfect aerobic style class for participants looking for a cardio workout with a “pump” or body sculpting component without the choreography. Simple, to the point and the class format focuses on the calorie burn and body shaping.
Power Moves is similar to a traditional high/low aerobic workout. Many participants prefer the high/low aerobic format where the speed and style of the class varies from moderate to high intensity moves and includes a balance of impacts. Easier on your joints than a high impact class, Power Moves is more challenging than a low impact class.
A great way to get both your cardio and weight bearing workout all in one!
